This poster is an original, and was made to promote the Halloween show in 2005 at the Beachland Ballroom in Cleveland, Ohio. This poster was produced by A. This is the Blue Version. This poster in VERY GOOD (+) condition! The poster has the usual light creasing and soft corners. It is bright and displays beautifully! 11.5″ by 17″. Designed by: anonymous artist, most likely in 1964. Condition report: poster was stored folded, shows fold lines, also shows some tears and creasing especially on edges, in corners and in fold lines, may shows some yellowing and some stains Historical context. Interesting poster which is a beautiful example of the slight liberation of the communist regime in Czechoslovakia in the 1960s – jazz concert, where jazz itself was a symbol of the free and western world. In August 1968, after the beginning of the occupation by the Warsaw Pact troops, the regime was again very strict and a similar concert would be a rather rare exception. The Revolutionary Trade Union Movement (ROH) was a monopoly trade union organization that was also the most mass social organization in socialist Czechoslovakia. In many cases, employee membership in the ROH was practically mandatory and automatic. At that time, trade unions, like party cells of the Communist Party of the Czech Republic, also took part in the evaluation of workers in various situations, could vouch for them in criminal proceedings, etc. Extraordinary all-trade convention on 2.3. March 1990 decided on the abolition of the ROH and the transfer of powers and property to the successor organizations. The newly constituted unions united in the Czechoslovak Confederation of Trade Unions and its Czech-Moravian Chamber of Trade Unions, which still covers trade unions in the Czech Republic (Wiki). For sale is an ORIGINAL 1971 Fleetwood Mac Concert Poster advertising their performance at the Gardens Auditorium in Vancouver, British Columbia, on February 10, 1971. This historic piece captures a pivotal moment in Fleetwood Mac’s history, during a transitional time for the band. Dimensions: 14 7/8 inches x 22 1/2 inches. Design: Black, green, and white design featuring an image of the band with Fleetwood Mac prominently displayed in bold lettering. Event Date: Wednesday, February 10, 1971. Venue: Gardens Auditorium, Vancouver, BC, Canada. Material: Thick cardboard stock with a matte finish, plain cardboard verso. Series: Washington Poster Co. This is an original pre-concert first printing (OP-1) Fleetwood Mac concert poster from 1971. Restoration work has been performed, including light color touch-up near Christine McVie’s image. The poster shows toning, particularly along the borders and reverse side, consistent with its age. Minor surface wear present, including small areas of discoloration and edge wear. Light restoration to enhance overall eye appeal, specifically on Christine McVie’s section of the image. Vibrant colors and bold text remain well-preserved. Plain cardboard verso displays visible toning and areas of staining, including some darker patches along the top. No tears or pinholes are present. Later in 1971, the band released their fifth studio album. Marking another evolution in their lineup and sound.
