The poster is in mint condition. This is the Madison Square Garden venue poster. Temple of the dog had an 5 city venue tour schedule and each venue had there own individual poster for that concert. Temple of the dog played 2 shows in 3 city’s and 1 show only in NEW YORK and LA. For a total of 8 shows. There are less posters for the New York show and LA. Just a little history on the origins of the posters.

From July 27th to 29th, 1973, Led Zeppelin played three gigs at Madison Square Garden. A total of 60,000 people came to experience the live sensation from London. Steve Harradine designed this poster for the shows at Madison Square Garden in New York, which appeared in 1973. In 2002 there was a reprint of 500 copies, which are considered originals. One of these does hang inside of Madison Square Garden, very very few real ones exist and this one has been sitting for 20+ years untouched since it was made around 1998. We have seen a couple and then the one that is framed at MSG. 17 x 24 1/2 inches. Real ones of these are that rare. It was drawn in 2000 and printed in a very small run. This is the real thing. Please look close at the size and border. We wouldn’t have it posted if there were any doubts and have owned it for over 15 years. We are here to make people happy, thank you for your business. We kept in the Mylar for the picture just because it’s such a thin piece and it’s so big. These are near impossible to keep perfect but this one is pretty nice.
