Lichtenwalner’s work is highly recognizable for its flowing hand-drawn psychedelic typography, intense fluorescent color combinations, surreal imagery, and strong Art Nouveau influence. His posters were part of the explosive late-1960s San Francisco Bay Area counterculture art movement that helped define the visual identity of psychedelic rock music alongside the Fillmore and Avalon Ballroom poster scene. Vg condition has been hung tears on the edges & corners with staple marks super thin paper original. Something happened around the gig whitewash drips on the poster from the show period. It matches the the face in the artwork. That’s adds to the original character of this item. Will be mailed rolled.
