Club Lafayette Presents mystery group that will be known as. Friday 19th August 1977 WOLVERHAMPTON UK. Original poster (the Sex Pistols On Tour Secretly). Measures 16,5×33 inches, silkscreen black on pink light paper. The paper is white on the back & is slightly textured. Looks like the kind of poster used to be pasted on street walls. The pink front is slightly faded on the right part of the poster. There are some folds as you can see in the image & 2 small tape residual on the bottom center. The gimp mask design probably by Michael Collins(Seditionaries Manager)who used the same images for the Cambridge Rapist t-shirt. I obtained the poster in the late 90s from a dealer in Paris. I report from a blog that somebody affirmed that he saw an identical poster pasted on the street wall in Wolverhampton in Cleveland Street opposite to bus stop 126 the day of the concert. And another poster(yellow) from the same gig was spotted & removed from the street wall in the same area by someone else. For privacy I dont report the names. These are the only info I was able to obtain about it. Never saw any other copy or even an image of this poster. UPS included in final price. A Sex Pistols used God Save The Queen teacup gummed sticker. Artwork by Jamie Reid 1977. The original sticker has been carefully removed from a vintage Sex Pistols scrapbook. Is in very good conditions, still little bit sticky on the back. Several minor stains allover. There is also a little piece on tape on the back near top left.
