This is an original concert poster from the collection described below. The story behind this lot: I obtained a large collection of paperwork from someone who was active in the NW music and particularly metal community from the late 70s to early 90s. He collected anything and everything related to this and had access to many bands. This collection encompasses posters, press kits, scrapbook stuff, signed photos and magazine pages, original photographs, tickets, press kits, backstage passes, etc. This lot is from that collection. If the lot has autographs in it they are all presumed to have been obtained in person given his access, but I cannot confirm and unless listed with COAs they are not high profile enough to make them worth the expense of authenticating prior to sale. Bill Graham & the Hog Farm Present in Humboldt County poster. Electric on the Eel. Saturday June 10 Noon. The late great Dr John solo. French’s Camp on the Eel River. Terrific food great arts & crafts splendid swimming. Approximately 11 x 17 inches. Condition spakles, near mint. This has not been framed or anything like that, it has just been sitting, flat in mylar for years and years. Wonderful music on the Eel. I remember listening to these shows on the Eel over and over again, they are so good. If you look really close you can see the Hog Farm insignia that Rick Griffin did for a poster that is in the Art of Rock in the late 1960’s. It is very subtle, but it is there. We are willing to put that in writing for you as well and are happy to answer any and all questions you may have. Like all of our items, the condition of these is unbelievable.
