These posters are very special. When a poster is made, usually some are done with one, maybe two or a few of the colors before doing the full print run. Sometimes a poster is fully printed and then it isn’t cut down to the size it is supposed to be. We have had these for a long time sitting in a dark room in a mylar sleeve which keeps things from discoloring for over a hundred years, we haven’t even touched them until we took the pictures. This is from three shows at the world famous Fillmore on Gerry in San Francisco. If I had to name the color combination here, I would call it the white lighting version. 4 x 20 inches. This one is from a Blues Traveler show in 1994. It would appear though this cat is alegedy tripping on smokes or maybe something on the mushroom road ahead. His case has stickers of places the Travelers have been and the roads all reference things that are noteworthy. I really enjoyed these guys in the movie Kingpin, that’s a great film. Presented for your consideration this absolutely gorgeous vintage concert poster created by Sixties legend Rick Griffin for a concert performance by The Doors with Jim Morrison at the Family Dog in Denver, Colorado on December 29th, 30th, and 31st, 1967. This New Years Eve poster is known as. “Space Man” and is featured in the Art of Rock. This copy was printed just after the show. Measuring 12.656″ X 21.75″ this beauty remains in Excellent condition. There are a few tiny pin holes that can barely be seen from the back. It’s a stunning copy that’s never been rolled. These shows were presented by Bill Graham. Featured in the Art of Rock. Measuring 14″ X 22.016 ” this Vintage Rolling Stone Collectable the 2nd printing made just after the show and remains in Excellent NEAR MINT condition.
