Measuring approximately 11 x 17 inches, this original poster features distinctive underground psychedelic artwork and captures the raw energy of the legendary Austin punk and alternative music scene. The Butthole Surfers were among the most influential and controversial American underground bands of the 1980s, making original concert advertising material from this era increasingly difficult to find. This poster promoted shows at The Ensemle in Houston, TX on Dec 9th 1988 and The Arcadia Theatre in Dallas, TX on Dec 10th 1988 and featured the bands Butthole Surfers, Faithealers and Slackface in Houston and Butthole Surfers, Faithealers and Buckpets in Dallas.
