This is an original (printed BEFORE the concert) concert poster advertising a PICNIC CONCERT / Festival in 1968 featuring. SONNY & CHER, People, The Box Tops, Sly & The Family Stone, Brotherly Love, others (who were not listed on the poster). Appearing June 16, 1968. At Crow Canyon, Bjornson Park, Castro Valley, California. It was scheduled for June 9th but when Bobby Kennedy was assassinated they moved the event to the following week as June 9 became a national day of mourning. It measures 21 by 14 inches and is in VG+ condition, with some creases but no tears, holes, stains or major damage. Please see my giant photo for an accurate condition report.
