Offering for sale a very rare 1962 Philadelphia Folk Festival concert poster. This Concert took place September 8-9 on the Wilson Estate near Philadelphia. Featured performers being, Reverend Gary Davis, Pete Seeger, Ramblin Jack Elliott, Greenbriar boys, Obray Ramsey, Pete Seeger and many others not billed. 1962 was the very first year of this annual folk festival. He personally obtained this poster at the show. Hung onto it during many moves during that era. Eventually safely storing it away for the last 50+ years untouched. This poster is 100% authentic, original and unrestored. Please look closely at the provided pictures as they are the actual item. Overall condition is fair, with many marks, areas of discoloration and what not, and some pinholes… AGAIN look closely at the pictures to get a clear idea of the condition.
