The first printing gave credit to Wilson, this second printing gave no credit whatsoever, and the third misspelled his name. This was done in the Sixties, after all. According to Therese Heyman’s “Posters American Style, ” Wilson’s early work was unique, but by mid-1967, so many artists had copied his style that he was easily replaced p.
