EXTREMELY SCARCE VINTAGE 1997 ORIGINAL ADVERTISING GIG POSTER. MEASURES: 14-1/2″ x 23″ approximately & is much larger than most Hatch pieces. CONDITION: appears to be prin hole in upper right and left corners which have been pushed back in with no missing paper & hard to see. Otherwise Excellent piece with nice image of Johnny Paycheck as well as Br5-49 band members. BR5-49 members as pictured. They assumed the name BR5-49 (from the telephone number of a used car dealer in a running Junior Samples comedy sketch on the television series Hee Haw), and began playing for tips at Robert’s before being discovered by Arista Nashville in 1995. Hatch Show Prints are printed on antique Printing Press with hand carved Woodblock, linoleum block or Metal Block and are hand inked & hand pulled for each color by the artist/designer for that project.
