Woodstock Concert Poster 1969 Authorized 25th Anniversary Printing
Woodstock Concert Poster 1969 Authorized 25th Anniversary Printing. Signed Woodstock Concert Poster. Woodstock Music & Art Fair. August 15 -18, 1969. Richie Havens, Arlo Guthrie, The Who, Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, The Band, CCR, Santana, Mountain, Canned Heat & more! In 1969, the organizers of Woodstock called in Arnold Skolnick, a New York graphic designer at the time, to create a replacement piece. He began designing with simplicity in mind. A white bird perched on a blue and green guitar was enough for him to get the point across. He wanted people who could only get a glimpse of the poster to know exactly what the festival was about. While he was just told to come up with a poster for a 3 day music festival, he added “3 Days of Peace and Music” Woodstock’s now famous mantra. This iconic piece has become a part of music history that represents everything Woodstock stood for. Designed & Signed by original artist, Arnold Skolnick. Authorized 25th Anniversary Printing. 22 1/16? X 30? At visiblevibrations, we only sell ORIGINAL Concert Posters, Art Prints, Music Memorabilia and Limited Edition Art Toys!

Grateful Dead Concert Poster 1969 2nd Printing BG176
Grateful Dead Concert Poster 1969 2nd Printing BG176. Junior Walker and the All Stars. This second print poster was printed on slick, glossy-coated index stock. This print has a small script “w” in the lower right corner next to the ticket outlet strip. Approximately 14? X 21ΒΌ? Designed and Signed by Randy Tuten. Acquired directly from the Randy Tuten Archives. The “Cool Aid Kid” is just what it is, a kid Drinking Kool-Ade. I do not know why I spelled Kool-Ade that way, a reference to the drug society I suppose. The Grateful Dead were famous for having a lot of LSD around. I tried to do something different with the Green & Brown Colors. See photos for details. Nirvana Concert Poster Pearl Jam RHCP ORIGINAL First Printing SF BGP-51 1991. Red Hot Chili Peppers. Designed by Harry Rossit. Only one of 5 shows with Nirvana & Pearl Jam on the same bill. Historic piece of rock history. Pearl Jam had yet to reap fame from their August, 1991 release of Ten, Nirvana’s future held less than two more years with lead singer Kurt Cobain, and The Chili Peppers would soon lose guitarist John Frusciante as he battled a heroin addiction, but this New Year’s Eve 1991 concert at the Cow Palace was a celebration. VERY RARE Original First Printing! This could be the best line up of bands ever produced by the Bill Graham Organization in the early 90’s. NO nicks, cuts, stains, blemishes, tears or pinholes! 100% Original with no restoration. At visiblevibrations, we only sell ORIGINAL Concert Posters, Art Prints, Music Memorabilia and Limited Edition Art Toys!
